Yes, too fast! After months of screening and preparations, the 3 hours ceremony seemed just a blur. But I can feel the pride of the awardees and especially the parents. Can not be measured. Congratulations Awardees! And Parents!

Honestly, I appreciate d OSCI award d most, not coz I am commenting on this blog of OSCI, but coz of d legacy it leaves in evry awardee.
I luk 4ward to being a future organizer of the search,haha...

Congratulations to all OSCI recipients. May your your intellectual and academic achievements will pave your path to a brighter future and higher learning. You are all an asset to Iloilo community and your country the Philippines.

Your gifts and learning enthusiasm and achievements are inspirational to the community and your fellow students.

To the parents, teachers,and mentors who provided their dedication, unselfish efforts and dedicated their time, moral support and encouragement to these outstanding young men and women who brought out the best in each of these recipients to reached their highest potentials in education and learning development.

Congratulations Paula Margarita Tse Wing your hardwork, dedication in learning is exemplary and you deserve this highest award it is an honor. Keep it up kid !

To all OSCI: Recognition of such talented gifted students who had reached their highest potentials in their Secondary School Level are steps in the right direction. These gifted students are the future innovators, leaders and are great asset to Ilo-ilo and Philippines.
