Congratulations to all the awardees. You all deserve your award. It's good to know that public schools can slug it out with the private schools. Kon alam ka kag masaligan, bisan diin nga eskwelahan ka lang! Congratulations to the Outstanding Students Circle of Iloilo for conceiving this project!
