Awarding Ceremony Postponed Until Further Notice

In the light of the pronouncement by the Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas and Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. pertaining to Covid-19  and the strict guidelines to be followed for big gatherings in enclosed places, the Outstanding Students Circle of Iloilo (OSCI) would like to inform all concerned that the Awarding Ceremony scheduled on March 13, 2020 is hereby postponed until further notice.

We do understand the excitement and preparations of many for this event; and the subsequent disappointments because of this announcement. Rest assured that we are doing this for the good of every one.
