March 4, 1:00pm - Orientation for 2015 Awardees

To the AY 2014-2015 Awardees:

Please report for Orientation on March 4, 2015, 1:00pm at Monfort Hall, Department of Education Bldg, Division of Iloilo, Luna St., Lapaz, Iloilo City. Please wear your school uniforms and bring paper and ballpen.

One of the activities during the Orientation will be the making of the awardees' speeches which will be delivered by the Most Outstanding Elementary School Pupil (MOESP), on behalf of the elementary school awardees, and the Most Outstanding Secondary School Student (MOSSS), on behalf of the secondary school awardees, during the Awarding Ceremony on March 13, 2015.

The announcement of the ranks of the awardees and the venue for the Awarding Ceremony will be the highlight of the Orientation.

The Orientation will be spreaheaded by the batch D'Victors or the TOSSS of Iloilo 2014 awardees with the help of other senior awardees. @

TOESP and TOSSS of Iloilo Final Results

Final results of the Search for Ten Outstanding Elementary School Pupils and Ten Outstanding Secondary School Students of Iloilo for AY 2014-2015 will be published soon.

TOESP and TOSSS awardees are requested to report for Orientation on March 4, 2015, Wednesday, 1:00pm at Monfort Hall, Lapaz, Iloilo City.

Please wear your school uniforms for photo ops.

Also, please verify if your names, and the names of your parents, school administrators/principals, and coaches are correctly spelled as published in this blog or as written in your folders; because these names will appear in the souvenir program and other certificates.

Main part of the Orientation is for the awardees to outline/compose their group Response Speech to be delivered by the MOESP for the elementary and the MOSSS for the secondary, during the Awarding Ceremony. Please prepare.

Interview - Search for TOESP and TOSSS of Iloilo 2014-2015

The panel interview of the Finalists for the Search for Ten Outstanding Elementary School Pupils and Ten Outstanding Secondary School Students of Iloilo will be on February 11, 2015, 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the St. Clement's Retreat House, Lapaz, Iloilo City. It will push through even if February 11 is declared a non-working holiday.

Qualifiers - Search for TOESP and TOSSS of Iloilo for AY 2014-2015

The following elementary and high school Qualifiers are requested to report for written examinations at Monfort Hall, Division of Iloilo, Department of Education, Luna St., Lapaz, Iloilo City on January 21, 2015 at 8:30am.

Please bring your school ID, blue ballpens, snacks; and other requirements which could be individually asked.  High school qualifiers (only) can bring and use calculators.

Examinees can come in school uniform or in any comfortable/appropriate attire.
