Westbridge School for Boys is proud of her nominee, CORNELIUS CSAR JUDE H. SALINAS, for making it to the top ten.

Westbridge is "Driven to Excel".

Duc in Altum!

note:(we would like to make some corrections as regards to our nominee's name. it should be CSAR not CESAR. Thanks.)

I would like to congratulate JO JAN PAUL J. PEÑOL of Pavia National High School for being number 1 in the SEARCH. He is indeed proven that your scholastic achievements+leadership skills+community involvement = makes you on top.

I am really happy to see your name as the MOST OUTSTANDING STUDENT because I used to see you during camps and seminars. Sometimes I noted a lot of knowledge when you became the RESOURCE SPEAKER of our LEADERSHIP TRAINING.

I never put doubt that you will not be on top.

Congratulations! More power!

This is Jo Jan Paul J. Peñol and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the people who made me on top especially my beloved family, my coaches in different contests, my ever supportive friends, my teachers, PNHS and God as well.

At first, I just can't imagine that I won the number 1 slot. As I remember last night when Quinnie Lyn S. Umadhay and I were texting, she said, "Jape, bal-an mo na results sa search?" I answered, "wala pa Quin. Wala man ako ga-expect too much." Then she replied, "Tani updanay man kita gihapon sa OSCI noh? Ok na sa akon nga madala bisan rank 10 lang..." I answered her back, "Pwede man ina nga tie kita sa 10th." Again, she answered, "Ako lang sa 10th, ikaw ang sa mas taas nga rank."

No pressure though, I was overwhelmed to see the results the next day. As I browsed through the webpages of OSCI, I was surprised that I saw my name as number 1 (With my picture...hehe...",)

This search indeed inspired me to do better in my studies to strive harder for the excellence of our Alma Mater and the country in general.

Again, thank you for choosing me, I will always live up to your expectations.

"We believe we can make a difference."

OSCI, "Ang dakilang samahan."
